FOUNDED BY OPERATORS WHO GOT TIRED OF SEEING GOOD ORGANIZATIONS STUCK IN THE SAME CYCLES - AND BUILT A FIRM TO FIX IT.
About AltoRoc Partners - Process and Transformation Consultants
We believe the best consulting doesn't create dependency - it builds strength.
Our team has spent decades inside complex organizations - leading operational excellence programs, coaching leaders through transformation, and owning the results.
That lived experience is what makes AltoRoc different. We don't theorize about what should work. We know what does - because we've done it ourselves.
OUR MISSION
WHEN PEOPLE HAVE CLEAR PROCESSES, THE RIGHT TOOLS, AND LEADERSHIP THAT COACHES RATHER THAN CONTROLS, PERFORMANCE FOLLOWS AND IMPROVEMENTS STICK.

Collin Peach
A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and enterprise performance leader, Collin has spent 20+ years across financial services and healthcare turning better-designed processes, accelerated by AI, into measurable, realized value.
PARTNER
-
Collin is a process improvement, performance-design, and technology-enablement leader with more than 20 years of experience across financial services, insurance, and healthcare. He began his career in finance and analytics — as a financial analyst and FP&A leader, then a Lean Six Sigma consultant — and that foundation still shapes how he works: start with the data, isolate the true drivers, and get the process right before layering on technology.
Over his career, Collin has moved from frontline analysis to enterprise leadership, standing up operationally effective organizations and pioneering process-design disciplines from grassroots efforts. He has partnered with senior executives to build the performance transparency and operating discipline that transformation depends on — developing predictive analytics and forecasting capabilities that surface the true drivers of cost and performance, shaping the analytics and performance architecture that guides where large organizations invest, and building enterprise performance-management systems that bring accountability and execution discipline to complex frontline operations. Along the way he has become a trusted advisor to senior leaders — translating complex data into clear priorities and turning strategy into results that hold.
His philosophy is simple: automation and AI amplify whatever process they’re pointed at — so the process has to be right first. Collin designs the operating model and the performance system together, then uses AI and advanced analytics to accelerate how quickly that design converts into realized, measurable value.

Beyond the Work
Outside of work, Collin lives life at full throttle — sometimes literally. He restores vintage Japanese motorcycles from carbs to bodywork, then points them at long touring routes that clear the head like nothing else. When the trail turns rough, he swaps two wheels for four and explores the backcountry by side-by-side. He puts in the miles on foot as well — training for marathons at a pace he’ll cheerfully call a work in progress — and he’s just as happy deep in the woods on a hiking or mountain-bike trail, or traveling somewhere new with his family and cheering from the stands at his kids’ games. He plays golf with great enthusiasm and moderate success (the walk is always enjoyable; the score is always negotiable), fueled by the same curiosity that drives his client work: whatever’s new, lean in.

Book an Amnesty Session to Get Started
-
You know something needs to change. You're just not sure where exactly the real problem is - or which problem to tackle first. That's exactly why we created the Amnesty Session.
It's a facilitated, blame-free working session where your leadership team surfaces what's actually getting in the way - without politics, finger-pointing, or fear.
We set the ground rules, guide the conversation, and help you walk out with clarity.
No proposals. No pitch decks. Just honest conversation that leads to action.
→ Ground rules: Blame the process, support the individual. Everything shared stays in the room. The goal is clarity, not judgment.
